We start with a free 30-minute virtual chemistry call to see if we're the right fit. We'll cover who you are and what's brought you here, what coaching is and isn't, your goals, and any questions you have for me.
If it feels right for both of us, we move forward. Most sessions are virtual, but in-person is an option if you'd prefer.
We can book your first block of sessions or schedule the full series upfront - whatever works best for you.
